Apollo Hospitals and Anatomiz3D Medtech has announced a tie to design and print complex nature of implants. Both will be taking in pioneering initiative for establishing hospital 3D-Printing labs in India and work on 3D printed implants enabling doctors for visualizing and printing implants for complicated cases. The very first system that will be launched at the Apollo Health City, located at the Hyderabad.

Hospital 3D printing labs will be providing 3D printing service that will help in better healthcare using anatomical models for pre-surgical planning and education and drilling guides.
Anatomiz3D is a leading company using technology that helped surgeons over 1000 cases. There will be a multi-disciplinary team consisting of mechanical engineers, AM Engineers, 3D designers working with Apollo Hospitals medical and surgical talent.
Lab will be providing Anatomical Models that are life-size replicas of patient’s anatomy that can accurately reconstruct from CT/MRI scans in 3D models created in multiple materials and colors. Further, 3D printed in biocompatible material and surgical guides that are fitted on predetermined area of patient’s bone and guides.
