Professional Additive manufacturing solutions firm Ultimaker is the most recent firm to enter some of the area’s excellent digital and inventive businesses at Strawberry Fields Digital Hub in Chorley.

Ultimaker Directors Alex Mayor and Paul Croft had the joy of showing Chorley MP Lindsay Hoyle, the House of Commons’ new speaker and Alistair Bradle, Chorley Council’s leader about their brand-new facilities. They also discussed the interesting plans that they present.
“As an innovative and energetic company we needed to be based somewhere that would accommodate our creativity and support our plans for future growth. We’re really enjoying working from the hub and it’s great to be working alongside other digital and creative organizations,” says Mr. Croft.

The Strawberry Fields location has been a huge fascination for distinct tenants. Only minutes of distance from the M6, M61, M65 motorways, and different transport connections.
The Chorley Council owns and manages the £8.4 million center which acquired £4.1million in a grant from the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) to achieve this.
It provides rs 40,000 sq ft of mutual space extending from warm desks to more conventional room flats and a combination of training and meeting rooms ready for hire. They are now home to frequent networking functions and business seminars.
