ALSO, a Dutch reseller has declared it will start supplying Leapfrog’s expert additive manufacturing equipment. This as it extends its 3D printing solution collection. The firm has also included machines from Sculpto and DWS, complementing tools from Dyemansion and HP that it already supplies all through Europe.

Acting for Leapfrog ALSO will resell the BOLT PRO extrusion-based additive manufacturing program. The program has been created to support engineers in the factory and office floor. It is furnished with a double extruder system that allows the printing of two materials at once and E3D hot-ends to allows users access to a wider range of materials.
The materials comprise of PETG, Nylon, ABS, PP, and a flexible grade. They have assisted Leapfrog to draw the attention of Rolls-Royce, GKN Aerospace, Fokker, and KLM to adopt and use the printer for tooling and prototypes.
Leapfrog has arranged with ALSO to increase its influence around Europe. The reseller is also providing consumables and extra pieces to serve as a single-stop-shop for users of the BOLT PRO.

In the meantime, ALSO is as well set to supply Sculpto’s beginner machine. This is for those that are beginning with additive manufacturing technology. DWS programs will be for those who want to use the technology in the dental and jewelry industry. It includes prototyping tasks in a wide range of other sectors.
ALSO started supplying additive manufacturing machines in 2017. The latest inclusion of Leapfrog, Sculpto, and DWS to its collection it thinks it has a great array of machines to act as a range of needs. Expect more to come.
